What are the precautions for the use of the coating machine?

6) After resetting the parameters, be sure to press the Insert button to change the parameters.

7) immediately after the shutdown of each class with alcohol or acetone cleaning hopper, scraper, coating roller and roller, the surface shall not be scratched and damaged.

8) Keep the back roller cylinder and straight rails clean and lubricated.

9) machine bearing parts to be regularly lubricated, the gear box to be regularly replaced or added.

11) always do the equipment 5S work, to maintain equipment and the surrounding environment clean and tidy.
